Shipping & Delivery: Standard shipping applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We do not offer self-collection.

Payment: Secure payment options include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Right of Withdrawal: Consumers can cancel orders as described in our cancellation policy. Entrepreneurs do not have a voluntary withdrawal right.

Warranty & Liability: We ensure high-quality products. Liability applies for injury, gross negligence, or guaranteed promises. Minor negligence is limited to foreseeable damages.

Retention of Title: Products remain property of Shield On AG until fully paid.
